Tom has over 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering specializing in machine design and material handling equipment. Tom has been managing a multi-discipline team of engineers and designers in various roles over the past fifteen years completing projects for clients primarily within the mining industry. Tom is a “hands on” manager who makes regular site visits with project team members to support the client, project team, the client, and the project in general through scoping and execution. Tom has spent a significant portion of his career evaluating, as well as designing, mechanical systems with as focus on functionality and operability, preventive maintenance, and most importantly, safety.
